The corona pandemic has devastating consequences worldwide. Poor and marginalised population groups, particularly women, are severely affected by the pandemic and by government measures to combat the spread of the corona virus. PeaceWomen Across the Globe (PWAG) is the growing international network of 1000 women nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005.

The international organisation, based in Bern, is committed to the participation of women in peacebuilding, particularly of disadvantaged and marginalised women.

PWAG promotes the exchange of experience and knowledge and the networking among the peace activists and advocates for women’s sustainable and visible peace work.
